to cancel any trip, if the number of participants does
not justify expenses of the tour. The agency must warn
the client about cancellation of the tour not less than

right to make a reservation for the same tour for another
date or any other offered trip of his choice.
If the client refuses to change the date or change of
a route, the agency shall give a complete refund the
cancelled trip. If the trip has been paid by third parties
e.g., travel agents or distributors, money shall be
paid to the third party. Final settlement with clients
shall be made by travel agents and distributors.
The agency operates as the intermediary between clients
and the tourist service providers: airlines, sea and
other transport companies, hotels, restaurants, etc.
The Agency is not responsible for losses that
the client may sustain as a result of malfunction or
failures of the service providers. In these cases the
client has the right to demand compensation for damages
directly from the above-named organizations.
In the case of events qualified as "force-major"
(military actions, strikes, flooding, earthquakes, etc),
making a paid trip impossible, the agency shall not
refund the clients, but the money may be transferred
to pay for any other travel arrangements with the agency.

insurance coverage. The choice of the insurance company
is at the discretion of the client. In case of default
