A body scrub is the first step to prepare the skin for other Spa treatments. The surface skin is refined by exfoliating dead cells, stimulating circulation, and leaving your skin with a healthy glow. The 50 min. Body scrub includes a mini loofah scrub for knees, heels and elbows. The final application is a body lotion or gel to hydrate your body. Absolutely fabulous!

Massages
Massage is the scientifically based, systematic manipulation of the soft tissues of the body. Both blood and lymph flow are stimulated, thereby aiding the body in removing wastes and speeding the body's rehabilitation from injuries. The original La Stone Therapy provides a deep warm, nurturing massage that is applied with soft, round and warm river rocks alternated with soothing cold marble stones, which bring relief to inflamed sore muscles. Warm stones will be placed between your toes, along your spine and on the chakra centers of the body. Aromatic lavender oil prepares your body to receive the warm and then cold stones in combination with long, soothing strokes, reflexology, deep - cross fiber techniques and acupressure. Thermo-therapy, cold-hot therapy aids rapid healing and tissue repair, releases deep tension, and brings relief to chronic deep pain. The warmth or coolness of the stones feels wonderful and the weight of the stones add a feeling of grounding, connectedness, inner peace, security and pure bliss.

Body wraps and treatments
According to traditional Thai medicine, hot compresses increase energy flow, improve circulation, relax muscles and stimulate nerves.
